We get lots of frequently asked questions about our products and services, so have compiled a list of answers we hope will help you.

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

The majority of Surrey areas. Please see link on homepage stating these areas BEFORE you order

No sorry, we only have selected dates for delivery which are listed on the website.

Deliveries are usually between 8am and 6pm on a Sunday. 

Your food will arrive chilled and will need to be re-heated in the oven or microwave.

Your order will be left on your doorstep or in a safe place by the driver and photos will be taken to prove where it has been left.

Sorry this is not possible.

Sadly we are unable to amend or cancel orders that have been placed.

Our minimum order is currently £20.00

No we do not recommend freezing.
